I cannot say enough good things about our experience with 3-2-1 Bounce! They arrived exactly at the times they said they would and even provided timely text updates to inform me of pickup and drop off times. The equipment was brand new and perfect for our party. In my opinion they went above and beyond during the cleanup process ensuring my hose was neatly returned to the storage spool and closed all of my gates. I would definitely recommend their services and plan on making them my go-to company for all future events!

We had a birthday party this weekend (Sept 5) for my son, they came out early Friday and set it up and took it down Sunday evening. Any questions I had before the weekend and during were answered quickly. They were on time for drop off and pick up. Will definitely be using them again!

321 Bounce! was absolutely fantastic! The Arch Castle Bounce House I rented for my nephew's birthday was so clean. 5 out of 5 for customer service, professionalism, and just going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
